SAM WIDGE’S SERRANO SURPRISE - Garlic Serrano 7/10
A sauce that’s getting up there a bit, so Caddy is probably sweating by just looking at it.

Everyone’s favourite insult to the French is back in the kitchen to cook up a hot sauce, but with an added garlicky surprise. Try the Sam Widge sauce in your next sandwich.

LavaDrops hot sauces are crafted from premium Serrano & Habanero chile peppers, along with garlic, vinegar, lime, salt, with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added to keep it fresh without refrigeration after opening.
